Terms and Conditions
Solo Esthetician Love, Inc. (the “Provider”) agrees to provide you with access to The Success Collective (the “Membership”) under the following terms and conditions. By registering for the Membership, you (the “Member” or “You”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions.Â
Effective Date
This Agreement begins upon your registration for the Membership and remains in effect as long as you are an active, paying member.

- Monthly coaching calls (recorded and available for active members).
- A private community for support, networking, and shared learning.
- Additional resources that may be introduced at the Provider’s discretion.
Limited License
By purchasing the Membership, the Member is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Membership content. All ownership rights of the Membership content remain with the Provider. The Member may not share, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission from the Provider. Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Copyright
The content within the Membership is protected by U.S. copyright law. Any unauthorized use, modification, transmission, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Registration & Account Security
The Member agrees to provide accurate and current registration details and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false or misleading information is provided.
Membership Fees & Renewals
The Membership is available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis, with pricing as stated on the Membership website.
- Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Pricing: The Provider will not change the subscription fee for active members as long as their membership remains continuous. If a membership is canceled and later reactivated, the then-current pricing will apply.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership by providing at least 7 business days’ prior written notice via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received less than 7 business days before the end of your billing cycle may result in an additional month being billed before the cancellation takes effect. Your access will continue until the end of the final billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
Community Guidelines
The Success Collective is a supportive space for solo estheticians to grow and learn. Members are expected to:
- Engage respectfully and contribute to a positive, uplifting environment.
- Avoid harassment, negativity, or disruptive behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within the community. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the community without a refund.
Coaching Calls & Recordings
- Monthly coaching calls are recorded and made available to active members.
- Members have access to all past recordings for as long as they maintain an active subscription.
- Call recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in the Membership, you authorize the Provider to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees according to your selected plan.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy, available at https://soloestheticianlove/privacypolicy. By enrolling, you consent to receive Membership-related emails and marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
Technology Disclaimer
The Provider is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, including website downtime or access limitations. The Member is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to participate.
Limitation of Liability
The Membership is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from Membership use.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, with any disputes subject to jurisdiction in San Jose, California.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, arbitration will take place in San Jose, California, with costs shared equally between parties.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the Member and Provider regarding Membership access and participation.
